This and that that has caught my eye

Sad to hear that Tom Smothers has passed. Of cancer. Every boomer icon we ever had is out there waiting to have his number called, another one bites the dust. Smothers was very talented, they were quite political and revolutionary in their time, like David Steinberg, they tweaked the nose of the establishment in a big way. Serious yo yo skills. Never took themselves too seriously. Was glad to experience them, never missed their show. Sixty years ago today the Beatles let the world know that they wanted to hold your hand on Ed Sullivan.

So they found Russian dissident Navalny chilling out up in the arctic. Where does new President for life Trump send his journalist and political and intellectual enemies? Guantanamo? I don't like weather extremes...
