Horrible deal

Last night, a drunk person in a black corvette decided to drive on the right shoulder in Oceanside and killed a poor woman in a car that was parked on the side of the road.  The drunk driver then drove back into traffic and hit a big rig. People never used to pass on the right shoulder, now it is commonplace. They never cut blind across four lanes of traffic either, now you see it all the time.  But do you ever see the CHP ticketing people for such behavior? I don't. Don't drive drunk and don't drive stupid.
