These stoners are not your friend

I was listening to CNN this morning and I heard an insurrection factoid that had somehow escaped me. During the recent siege, a bunch of protesters went up to the "Oregon room" and smoked weed. Why, Oregon? You got me. I guess they liked the colorful paintings and maps.

Call me old fashioned but I remember a day when long hair and weed smoking meant that you had a somewhat liberal worldview. Not white supremacist MAGAheads. Guess it shows you how old I am. I don't think I will be partying with these folks anytime soon, glad these degenerate philistines didn't destroy any of the paintings. Strange times we live in.

Authorities are still trying to confirm the actual identities of several people photographed with zip tie handcuffs, which suggests a potential hostage attempt. Like this guy with the helmet upper left in the tactical gear.

Now I don't know him and it is just a guess but it would not surprise me at all if this was an off duty cop or military man wanting to have himself a little boogaloo action. Just has the look.

Reports are that there were quite a few cops engaged on the stupid side of the riot, two officers from Seattle are unaccounted for. Only time will tell if I am right.
