The noose tightens...

James Murdoch is in a heap of hurt. Some very credible sources say that he had full knowledge of the Gordon Taylor payoff and had directly seen the soon to be famous "for Neville" memo. Parliament wants to know if they were lied to. After you've thrown a few of your mates to the sharks it's every man for himself on the remaining lifeboats. And this from the Sydney Morning herald:
The Guardian reports a US senator has called for an inquiry into News Corp's alleged corporate bullying in America. Frank Lautenberg wrote to US Attorney-General Eric Holder asking him to take into account a 2009 civil case in which it was claimed a News Corp subsidiary, News America Marketing, had hacked the computers of a small competitor, Floorgraphics, because it refused to be bought out.
Floorgraphics' owners testified that they were told by News America's chief executive, Paul Carlucci: ''If you ever get into any of our businesses, I will destroy you. I work for a man who wants it all and doesn't understand anybody telling him he can't have it all.''
News America conceded that someone using its computer addresses had accessed Floorgraphics, but suggested it was the lone work of a disgruntled employee.
The Australian newspaper has also reported a former journalist for the Daily Mirror, saying show-business reporters on that paper routinely intercepted voicemail messages when he worked there from 1998 to 2000: ''For everyone to pretend this is some isolated activity found only at the News of the World is ridiculous.''

Thanks for posting the poem...I'm so flattered. I'm sure my sister is too.

I had to put your name on it after a friend called and told me that he finally liked something I had written. You are quite the talent.
