HULC Anthropomorphic Ёxoskeleton

Robert D. sends along the latest cool robotic exoskeletal support system, the HULC. Lockheed Martin shows us how the gulf between Homo Sapiens and cyborg killing machine grows ever narrower. I was ⊕nce a man and now I am a 21st century integrated weapon system.

Check out the video. Impressive sensor system reads human impulses and mimics body movement and ambulation. All of the 53 lb. inherent weight and any other burden is transfered to the ground.

Fascinating technology! What's next, admantium bones and kevlar skin? Firing bullets out of your index finger like Maxwell Smart? Maybe a kill switch from Mission Control when the individual HULC decides to try to override the master directive. Of course we hear about it the same week that terrorist plans to implant the bombs into human bodies to detonate in the air are unveiled. Brave new world, indeed.
