Bush league

The Padres need to just petition baseball to let it operate as a Triple A Boston farm club. Because they have had our number for years. Lucchino must have compromising pictures of somebody in the organization.

We just traded Adrian Gonzalez, the crown jewel of the franchise for a bunch of rookie prospects. Hometown hero sent to Beantown for a bunch of brightly colored trade beads. Biggest ripoff since they fleeced the local indians for Manhattan.

Because new owner Jeff Moorad is another cheapshit shyster in a long line of cheapshit shysters who really couldn't afford to play the game the way the other owners play the game. Shame.

Glad Ray and Joan Kroc are not around to watch the decimation of their franchise. Good luck in Boston, Adrian - you are a class act. Now you get to play for a major league club. Welcome to the bigs.

Robert, where in the world did you find that original Robert Hunter song writing document? So very cool. Looking at it gives me goosebumps! Thanks for sharing it.

MLB Tip #1
If you have a star player entering the last year of his contract and he didn't sign an extension last season, trade him for prospects, a reliable lefthanded bullpen vet. or an everyday player with min. 3 years left on his contract, because you will get nothing next year.

Hey Baseball fan. If you had been willing to pay the hometown guy market wages you could have kept him on your team. But you think you can play with the big boys with a 40 million dollar payroll. Right. As one anonymous mlb executive said today, you think they could have got one major league player for the guy...Prospects def. -someone who has never actually done anything.

Hoyer said today that we had an excellent season this year even after trading Peavey and that they can do it again. We long time fans know that they will never compete when they continually give up their top talent for chicken shit.
