so nice, Taj was the real thing, probably still is, and i love all the rings on his fingers... i'd like to know his real name, though, artists who chose goofy stage names, that always bugs me, Elvis Costello being another example...by the way, that was the late great Jesse Davis playing second guitar, he turned down an offer to join the Stones after Brian passed (i thing Ry did also)...
I believe that it is Henry Fredericks. I had friends who lived near him on Kauai. Best concert I ever say in a small venue was Taj at the Catamaran. Some lady in the audience did a 20 minute spoonful a cappella with him and it made the hairs tingle.

you're lucky, i've never seen Taj live, i met Ry a couple times though, also my best pal in LA was buddies with Jesse, so it's all second hand...
